PADI Master Scuba Diver Application Fee Waived in 2017

Help your divers join the best of the best in recreational scuba diving and live the dive life as a PADI Master Scuba Diver in 2017. The PADI Master Scuba Diver rating places them in an elite group of respected divers who have both significant experience and extensive scuba training.

To earn this rating they must log 50 dives and have their PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver certifications, as well as five PADI Specialty course certifications.

In 2017, when they complete their training at a PADI Dive Shop in the Asia Pacific region, the usual Master Scuba Diver application fees will be waived.

The 2017 PADI Price List is Now Available

The 2017 PADI price list is now available on the PADI Pros’ site. The revised price list takes effect 1st January 2017. Please take a moment to review, and should you have any questions, please contact your Regional Training Consultant.

We take this opportunity to congratulate PADI Members in Asia Pacific who in 2016, are on track to certify more PADI divers than any year in PADI’s history.

The good results in 2016 builds on six record years in succession for PADI Members and is a good sign of a strong diving industry in our part of the world.

Are you using the most up-to-date forms?

We receive applications every day for PADI Divemaster, Specialty Instructor and TecRec Instructor ratings and we commonly find that old forms are being used which are no longer valid.

It is vital that you use the most recent forms as they contain updated information about standard changes with clear instructions.

You can check the Training Bulletin announcements and the PADI Pros’ Site under the Training Essentials, Forms and Applications section for any updated forms.

Additionally, please ensure that you use the most current Risk Management form as well. Some liability release documents may not contain the Non-Agency Disclosure and Acknowledgment Agreement which you can download as a standalone document for your student/participants to complete.
